1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of Danny WebBuild's website design and development services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Danny WebBuild provides custom website design, development, and ongoing maintenance services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in your individual project agreement or quote.

3. Payment

A deposit of 50% is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and before the final site goes live. Monthly maintenance fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

4. Revisions

Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions during the design phase. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Major scope changes after project approval may require a new quote.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Third-Party Assets

Any stock images, fonts, or plugins used in your project are licensed for your use as part of the project. You are responsible for renewing any third-party subscriptions required to keep these assets active.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. If you terminate after work has begun, the deposit is retained to cover work completed. If we terminate, you will receive a refund for any unused portion of your payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Danny WebBuild is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific project.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
