1. Satisfaction Guarantee

At Danny WebBuild, we stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with your completed website, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of project delivery.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Submit your refund request within 14 days of the final website delivery.
  • Provide a clear explanation of why the site does not meet your expectations.
  • Not have made significant post-delivery changes to the site yourself or through a third party.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Monthly maintenance plan fees that have already been billed.
  • Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, or premium plugins purchased on your behalf.
  • Projects where work was terminated by you after significant progress had been made.
  • Additional services or feature requests outside the original scope.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us via email at businessdanny84@gmail.com or call 330-703-6653. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Project Cancellation

If you cancel a project before completion, the 50% deposit is retained to cover work already performed. Any payments beyond the deposit may be refunded on a prorated basis depending on the stage of completion.

6. Revisions vs. Refunds

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to take advantage of the included revision rounds. Often, concerns can be addressed through adjustments without the need for cancellation.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your project.
